products or services
Must have validated
their product/service in
the market with
measurable traction
Should have a committed
and skilled founding team
with relevant expertise
and experience
At least one co-founder
must be working full time
on the startup
Should be compliant
with all regulatory
requirements and
possess necessary
limits/permits
